How is our dinner working

We recommend that you book your table and grill of choice ahead of your visit. Please also let us know in advance if you have any allergies or don't eat fish or meat. Upon arrival, your table will already be waiting for you, completely set with a range of basic ingredients.

We don't like to waste food, so we serve our ingredients in portions of 50-80g. You can order additional food at any time during your visit via mobile or directly from our waiters. If you're curious to try a particular ingredient, we can also serve smaller portions on request. To avoid any waste, we charge a fee of Nok 25,- for any untouched portions. Once we offer a buffet later on this year, you can take from it as much as you require.

TomYangBBQ

This is one of our more exotic table grills. You can fry fish, meat and vegetables on the surface. The juices from the top, slowly drip into the surrounding broth infusing it with flavour. You can add any additional ingredients of your choice directly to the soup. We offer three different sauces with this dish.

Raclette

Raclette is a special grill that allows you to bake small portions of any products of your choice along with melted with cheese. Above is a cooking surface where you can grill meat, fish and vegetables. As a side we offer potatoes and different dips.

Volcano-Raclette

I addition to the usual raclette grill, this one also has a Tartar's hat on top where you can roast your meat, fish and vegetables. The juices drip into the stock at the bottom infusing it with flavour. We offer three dipping sauces alongside this dish.

Fondue

We serve our fondue with a base of homemade vegetable stock. You can cook your fish, meat and any additional products of your choice in the stock. We also serve a variety of sauces with this dish.

Raclette-Fondue

A combination of raclette and fondue, for added variety.
