In Norwegian language ``Stua`` means Living room. This expression captures the atmosphere of our restaurant.
Historical fishing decorations and local traditional food make our restaurant unique.
It is a great pleasure for us to serve traditional food. We are certified as an Arktisk-Meny company. This means that we mainly use local ingredients for the food.
We produce the dry fish products by ourselves as well as our reindeer hams. We also have a little smokehouse of our own and we use only fish from the local small fishing boats. All cakes and our brown bread are home-made. We do not use artificial flavorings or flavor enhancers.
