Our company

Holmvik Brygge is a small family business in Nyksund. We offer guest rooms in different standards and also run a restaurant. Here we serve homemade food from Norway, made from local raw materials. 

In the oldest part of our guesthouse, we want our guests to experience what life was like here in our region 150 years ago. That is why our house is also called "the living museum".

We are the oldest establishment in the village and started at a time when Nyksund itself was mostly uninhabited. It is exciting to see how the village has developed. 

Once we were the only company in the village. Today there are many small and large businesses in the village. Since we are almost the last business you pass when you visit our place, we are often overlooked.  But we are still here, and we are happy to give the guests who find us a taste of Nyksund's old Fischermans days.
