Staff: An International Team with Local Roots
At Holmvik Brygge, we rely on an international team to provide the best possible service to our guests from around the world. We prioritize fair wages and equal treatment for all employees, regardless of nationality. Our salaries align with industry agreements, and we emphasize a positive and supportive work environment.

Our HSE system (Health, Safety, and Environment) and job descriptions have been reviewed and approved without issues. When selecting suppliers, we ensure they offer good working conditions for their employees. Promoting optimal working conditions and actively supporting our staff through integration programs are integral to our corporate culture.

Procurement Strategy: Local, Sustainable, and Responsible
We prioritize products and services from local, environmentally certified companies. Our procurement policy focuses on minimizing our ecological footprint by using environmentally friendly and certified products. In our restaurant, we avoid using ingredients or products that may endanger biodiversity. We frequently visit our suppliers to understand their production methods.

Environmental Protection: Sustainability as a Guiding Principle
Environmental protection is at the heart of what we do. Holmvik Brygge has developed its own system for collecting, reducing, and sustainably disposing of waste. Collaborating with environmentally certified companies and working towards our own certification are key aspects of our commitment.

Responsibility for the Community
Our connection to the region is reflected in close collaboration with local businesses and the use of regional products. We actively engage in community projects and share the unique history of Nyksund and its surroundings with our guests.

Transparency and Anti-Corruption
Holmvik Brygge stands for integrity. We reject all forms of corruption and raise awareness about this issue among our staff and suppliers.

Respect for Human Rights
The rights of our employees are our top priority. Everyone has the right to live according to their ideology and preferences, as long as this aligns with the needs of colleagues, guests, and Holmvik Brygge's ethical guidelines. Investments in countries or companies that do not respect human rights are categorically excluded.

Social Responsibility: Giving to Grow
We are proud to donate at least 1% of our gross income to charitable causes. This includes regular contributions to "NRK TV Aksjonen," "Julematesker," and the "Stine Sofie Foundation." Additionally, we support local associations and nonprofit initiatives that benefit our community.
